Modus Operandi

It takes about 50 of us to guide you through to clarity and hope. From therapists to gardeners, everything we do, we do following these principles:

HOSPITALITY

For the past six years, Carly (right) has worked with us in a variety of guest service-related roles and currently works with the therapy team to process applications. Heather has led guest services for the past three years and brought to Transform 25 years experience managing customer facing businesses. Prior to Transform, she was GM of YMCA in Saskatoon.

PSYCHOTHERAPY

Our team has nearly a century of combined experience, led by Carolina Rojas, with a Masters in Humanistic Psychotherapy, a Masters in Public Health, and a PhD in Public Health. Our lead therapists hold Masters degrees in Humanistic Psychotherapy and our Assistant Hosts have at a minimum Bachelor degrees in Psychology or equivalent.

HOLISTIC THERAPY

Our team has over 150 years combined experience, led by Michelle Hernandez who has been practicing yoga for 34 years and teaching for 14. Every member of the Holistic Therapy team contributes at least one unique therapeutic modality to help prepare our guests for their psychotherapy sessions.

SPA

Led by Monica Gutierrez with 17 years of experience in massage therapy and spas, our team has 5-star hotel and resort experience, and are trained to our hospitality and guest care standards.

RESTAURANT & CAFE

Led by Chef Yubrian De Jesus with 15 years of experience working in restaurants and the last 7 as Chef. Prior to Transform, he was Chef at Grupo Anderson’s, one of the oldest and largest restaurant chains in Mexico. Our team comes from some of the top local restaurants.

HOUSEKEEPING & MAINT.

Led by Griselda Angeles with 13 years of experience in five star hotels and resorts and former Housekeeping Supervisor at Garza Blanca Preserve Resort and Spa, all of our housekeeping staff come from 5 star hotels.

TRANSPORT

Junior (left) and Cesar were hired primarily for their warmth and customer service and are both licensed as commercial drivers taking our guests to and from activities and the airport.

ADMINISTRATION

From right to left, Esmeralda Ramirez leads the entire team and was handpicked by the owner as a gifted psychotherapist. She is supported by Agustin heading HR, Dani in Purchasing and Cesar as general admin support.
